Our team would provide due diligence for the project to determine its feasibility for the intended use and construction completion. This would involve conceptual construction budgeting to provide an estimation to assist in determining if a project moves forward.​
Design Manuals
Assist client with the development of branding standards in utilization of construction of future buildings / spaces.
Building Condition Survey
A Building Condition Survey will conduct a deeper dive into the condition of the building involving engineering and other consultants (i.e. asbestos abatement, geo-technical reports, etc..) to provide a more accurate determination of the condition of the existing building and its useability for the intended project.
Conceptual Design/ Programming
Our team will meet with the client and explore a multitude of options in order to determine the best possible solution for the client and their intended vision for their project.​
Permitting Research
Contact Authority Having Jurisdictions for the project to determine the submission guidelines, zoning, permitting processes, and planning.​

Space Planning
Our team would provide an analysis of the building / space in order to determine the flow and utilization for the proposed use. Additionally, a code compliance review would be conducted to insure a project can accommodate the required circulation and accessibility for the space.​
Design Services
Schematic Design
This is the first phase of the production of the construction documents. This phase expands and further develops the foundation work established during the Pre-Design Phase.
Permitting
Our team will coordinate with the Authority Having Jurisdiction the permit submission, planning, and zoning approvals in order to secure the award of the permit for the project.
Design Development
Our team would further develop the construction documents that would incorporate specifications, detailing, and required engineering.

Construction Administration
Our team can provide administration during the course of the construction which will provide a representative for the client to oversee that the construction process, compliance, quality, and budgeting are being adhered to.
Construction Documents
This phase would finalize the construction documents and provide a complete set required to obtain all permits as defined by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.

Renderings
Our team can provide 2D and 3D renderings that provide a visual presentation for the client in order to determine the design and aesthetic direction that is being proposed on the project is the direction they want to proceed.
